Jennifer M. Cyborski, DVM
Dr. Cyborski joined the staff of emergency doctors at FVARC and the Green Bay Animal Emergency Center in 2006. She offers a diverse professional background with research, teaching, and practice experience.
During her studies at UW-Madison, Dr. Cyborski worked as a laboratory and research assistant in the field of pharmacogenetics and in the Department of Dermatology, culminating in several publications. She completed externships on Native American Tribal Reservations in rural North Dakota and Minnesota, at the WI Veterinary Referral Center in Waukesha, and at small animal hospitals in Colorado and central Wisconsin.
Following veterinary school, Dr. Cyborski worked in private practice near beautiful Mount Rainier in Washington before continuing her professional development in a one-year rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Mississippi State University, where she routinely lectured on reproductive emergencies and participated in clinical pathology/hematology research. Dr. Cyborski has been a guest lecturer at the Horizon School of Veterinary Assisting in Appleton for the past several years.
In her free-time, Dr. Cyborski enjoys many outdoor activities including running, biking, and backpacking. She and her Belgian Tervuren Finn are involved in agility and dog obedience.
